Get to Know Sara
Sara Hirsz was born in Venezuela and moved to the United States in 1999. She is a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist who has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years helping various populations including children and adolescents suffering from neurodevelopmental disorders, mood and behavioral disorders. She has also served the Hispanic community in the Las Vegas community for over five years. Sara has practiced in a variety of setting including inpatient and outpatient settings since 2005 working primarily with children, and adolescents.
Currently, she provides mental health services with the geriatric population in addition to children, adolescents, and adults specializing in mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, self-harm, ADHD, emotional regulation, stress management, trauma/abuse, parenting, relationship issues, suicide assessment and prevention, self-esteem and self-image problems.
Sara provides services to individuals and groups using an eclectic approach while implementing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Client centered, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality Based, and psychoeducation to individuals ages eight to adults.
